Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. operates Michaels stores and seeks an in-store team member in the Albuquerque area. You will assist customers, stock merchandise, and support checkout, rewards enrollment, and store-wide initiatives.

Roles emphasize friendly service, adherence to SOPs, safety, and positive representation of the brand in a climate-controlled retail environment, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
