The Michaels store in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a friendly team member to help customers, stock shelves, and run efficient checkouts. You will engage shoppers with rewards enrollment and assist with online order pick-up and ship-from-store across the omnichannel platform.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, can stand for long periods, and are at least sixteen years old. The role includes various duties from merchandising to stock recovery in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Sixteen years or older to qualify for role.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain well-merchandised, in-stock store; complete merchandise recovery and returns process.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
