Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; handle cash to standards
• Promote Rewards & Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Unload trucks, stock, and follow planograms
• Maintain store appearance; merchandise in-stock
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
