Job summary

Michaels in Denver, CO is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers find products, provide fast checkout, and deliver great service throughout the store. You will handle truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and participate in Omni channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, while promoting rewards.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting boxes, and working nights, weekends and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and returns/go backs.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
