Job summary

Michaels DEN-COLORADO store in Denver is seeking a friendly team member to help customers, ring up purchases, and keep the floor well stocked.

You will assist shoppers in locating products, enroll them in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and support omnichannel services like BOPIS and SFS.

The role requires physical stamina, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a commitment to our Brand Promises and inclusive, respectful service.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
• Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store and complete recovery tasks
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact with customers and team members professionally
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
