Job summary

Michaels Stores in Longmont, CO is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will handle cash, enroll customers in rewards, and support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, while helping unload trucks and stock shelves to maintain a well-merchandised store.

The role involves merchandise recovery, stock optimization, safety programs, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards program enrollments and private label card options.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Support truck unload, stocking and planogram maintenance.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery duties; ensure in-stock, well-merchandised shelves.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
