Michaels is seeking a team member for our Springfield, MO store to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products. You will handle a fast, accurate checkout, enroll customers in the Rewards program, and support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS) while helping maintain a well-stocked, in-stock store.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, can stand for long periods, and is at least 16 years old. Training on store systems and procedures is provided.

Competenze

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Sixteen years of age or older per policy.
• Ability to learn and use store systems and processes.

Mansioni

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and enrollments
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs and store recovery tasks
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
