Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling.
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Stock merchandise and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, in-stock conditions and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
