Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Retail Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience at the San Pedro Ave store.

You will help with stocking, merchandising, and basic store tasks while upholding brand standards. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, maintaining in-stock shelves, processing returns, supporting BOPIS and SFS, and following SOPs and safety guidelines; the role

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Strong communication and willingness to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers locate products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain in-stock conditions and planograms.
• Support BOPIS/SFS processes and participate in store recovery to stay merchandised.
