Job summary

Michaels Stores in Pace, FL is seeking team members to help customers shop, locate products, and provide fast, friendly checkout experiences. You will support truck unloads, stocking, and store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and can handle cash, assist with omnichannel processes, and enroll customers in the Rewards program. This role may require standing for long periods and lifting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Familiarity with checkout procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and enrollments.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
