Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members for the Ridgefield, CT location. You will help customers locate products, offer solutions, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while supporting BOPIS and Ship From Store processes. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are comfortable with standing for long periods, and can manage checkout procedures, rewards enrollments,

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Familiarity with checkout procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Promote rewards program sign-ups and card enrollments.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery, including returns and go-backs.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and safety programs.
