Job summary

Michaels is seeking a front-end associate in Leominster, MA to deliver friendly customer service and support store operations. You will assist shoppers, ring up purchases, and promote rewards and private label cards while maintaining a well-stocked, inviting store environment.

The role involves unloading trucks, stocking, executing planograms, and participating in store recovery processes. Flexible hours may include nights and weekends, with benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards program and private label credit card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, planograms (POGs).
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery; manage returns/go-backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; set example for team members.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
