Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Part Time Seasonal Retail Team Member for the Leominster store. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout.

Daily duties include truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and maintaining in-stock shelves. You’ll engage with customers about rewards programs, participate in voice-of-customer surveys, and support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Must be sixteen (16) years or older and meet legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop, ensuring a fast checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain planograms and store recovery.
• Support in Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and participate in SISO/AD set duties.
