Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a store associate in Roseville, CA. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while delivering a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery to keep the store well merchandised and in stock. You may also support rewards enrollment and omnichannel processes.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock shelves; complete merchandise returns/go back process.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
