Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Team Member for the Greensboro, NC location. You will deliver friendly customer service, process quick checkouts, and help customers find products.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and assist with store recovery to keep the floor well merchandised. As part of a team, you’ll engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments and participate in Omni-channel tasks such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and fast checkout experience
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties for in-stock store
• Maintain store recovery, stocking, and planogram execution
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP compliance
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
