The Michaels Stores Madison location is seeking team members to help customers shop, ring up purchases, and support store operations. You will engage customers, explain rewards options, and assist with omnichannel services like Buy Online Pick Up in Store.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a well-organized, in-stock storefront while delivering friendly service and upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Familiarity with store procedures and policies.

Responsibilities
