Kohl's in the United States is seeking an associate to deliver outstanding customer service at the point of sale and in-store processes. You will greet customers, operate the register, scan items, bag merchandise and process payments, while maintaining inventory accuracy and delivering Kohl's brand standards.

Key duties include meeting goals for credit and loyalty programs, supporting training for new hires, and participating in daily service processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services, operate a cash register and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards with courteous, fast service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals for credit and loyalty programs.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandising processes.
• Assist in training new service team members on POS and Kohl's brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes like register balancing and replenishment.
