Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services; operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and Kohl’s brand standards.
