Job summary

Michaels Waynesboro is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure fast checkout. You will participate in unloading trucks and stocking shelves, keep the store well merchandised, and support a safe, welcoming environment.

You will engage customers with the Rewards program, assist with omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and follow SOPs to meet legal and company standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Support omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms.
• Ensure store recovery, in-stock conditions, and safety compliance.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; provide respectful service.
