Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with stock, truck unload, replenishment and planogram (POG) duties.
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store recovery, adhere to SOPs and company policies.
