Job summary

SKIMS in Houston is seeking a Seasonal Team Member for the flagship Galleria store during the holiday season. You will welcome customers, assist with product knowledge, and help maintain a premium in-store experience.

This temporary role requires weekend availability, ability to stand for long periods, and a collaborative attitude. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with potential to extend or join core team post-holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• Customer-focused and team player.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and openness to feedback.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth and reflect SKIMS values.
• Learn product stories, sizing and fit to confidently support customers.
• Maintain premium brand feel with elevated selling behaviors.
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized during busy hours.
• Assist with POS and MPOS transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to changes with professionalism.
• Be flexible to work in different store zones as needed.
• Drive results by helping meet store goals and support the customer experience.
