Job summary

SKIMS is seeking Seasonal Team Members in Austin, TX to help deliver an exceptional store experience during our busiest season. You’ll engage customers, learn product stories, stock the floor, and support a premium brand atmosphere.

Must be 18 or older, available weekends and holidays, and able to stand for long periods. The role offers $18.00 per hour, with no guaranteed hours, and potential future opportunities after the holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or service industry.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and provide elevated service.
• Learn product stories and help customers with sizing and fit.
• Support POS and MPOS transactions and ensure accurate checkout.
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team to Drive Results and deliver the customer experience.
