Job summary

SKIMS at The Domain in Austin is seeking Seasonal Team Members to support our busy holiday period. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, process transactions, and help maintain a premium store experience during peak traffic.

The role requires weekend availability, a positive attitude, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 40 pounds. This is a temporary contract without guaranteed hours and the period runs from early October to late January.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or service industry experience.
• Proven ability to deliver courteous, customer-focused assistance.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Willingness to learn our product stories and help customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create personalized, premium experiences.
• Learn SKIMS product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently assist customers.
• Support POS and MPOS transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep the floor clean, organized, and stocked during peak hours.
• Collaborate with the team to drive store results and excellent customer service.
