SKIMS in Glendale, Ohio is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support our busy season. You will engage customers with warmth, learn product details, and help create elevated shopping experiences while keeping the floor organized and available for customers.

This role requires weekend availability, a customer-first mindset, and enthusiasm for our products. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, with the opportunity for growth within the holiday season.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Enthusiasm for SKIMS products and values.
• Availability for weekends with at least 14 hours across Saturday/Sunday and at least one closing shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and provide elevated experiences reflecting our mission and values.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently assist customers and build trust.
• Use professional tone and selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel during peak times.
• Keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized while maintaining customer focus.
• Assist with POS and MPOS transactions for a seamless checkout experience.
• Collaborate with teammates and stay adaptable to coaching and changes.
