Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Seasonal Team Member for Green Hills. You will help deliver an exceptional store experience during our peak season, greeting customers, sharing product knowledge, and supporting a premium shopping environment.

You must be 18+, be available on weekends and holidays, and be able to stand for long periods while helping meet store goals. This role is contract/temporary with hourly pay and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for helping others and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide elevated service.
• Learn SKIMS products to assist with sizing and fit.
• Maintain a premium store feel with professional selling behavior.
• Keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized during peak hours.
• Assist with POS and MPOS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team and adapt to different store zones.
• Be flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Take feedback seriously and look for ways to improve.
