Job summary

SKIMS at the Houston Galleria is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support our busiest season. This role emphasizes delivering a premium, customer-obsessed store experience during peak traffic, with shifts that require weekend availability and a flexible schedule.

You will learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently assist customers, support POS transactions, and maintain an organized, high-energy sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry
• A passion for helping others and enjoys being a part of a team
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must provide documentation upon hire.
• Does not want to be an influencer

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
• Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit so you can confidently support each customer and build trust.
• Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel.
• Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
• Confidently support POS and MPOS transactions, creating a seamless checkout experience.
• Leverage our company tools, and the support of your team, remaining calm and prioritized on the customer.
