Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support our store during the busy holiday period. You will greet customers, learn product details, and help create elevated experiences. The role demands energy, teamwork, and strong service focus while maintaining a premium brand environment.

You’ll assist with POS transactions, stay flexible across store zones, and contribute to meeting store goals. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and ready to join a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Familiarity with SKIMS product is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and create elevated experiences.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to assist customers.
• Maintain a premium brand feel with professional tone.
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized.
• Support POS/MPOS transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to changes.
• Be flexible across store zones and shift coverage.
• Ask questions, take feedback, and improve daily.
• Contribute to meeting store goals and customer experience.
• Exhibit excellence and accountability in the team.
• Engage customers with inclusive service.
• Remain physically active and able to move around store.
• Lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
