Job summary

The Michaels Companies Brandon store is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Team Member to help customers and keep the store well-stocked and inviting. You’ll assist shoppers, operate a friendly checkout, and participate in unloading trucks and stocking duties as part of daily operations.

You will work with a team to maintain planograms, support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and promote the Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Able to lift and move items as part of stock and unloading.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Process fast and friendly checkout with cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery.
• Support omnichannel processes like BOPIS/SFS.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise presentation.
• Promote rewards program and enroll customers.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs.
