Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Santee, CA to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in shopping the store. You’ll help customers locate products, process fast checkouts, and promote rewards programs while supporting omni-channel processes and in-store merchandising.

Responsibilities include stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining an inviting, in-stock store. Must be able to stand long hours and lift boxes; team members receive discounts and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and store returns.
