Responsibilities include assisting with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised environment. Experience in retail and a friendly, helpful attitude are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and enroll customers in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
