Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring a Store Team Member in Johns Creek, GA to assist customers, guide product selection, and operate the register with accuracy. You will help customers understand the rewards program and private label cards, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

The role involves supporting omni-channel processes, stocking, and planogram maintenance, while promoting a well-merchandised and in-stock store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Ensure merchandise recovery and in-stock store through returns and restocking
• Support store in-stock optimization and promotional setup as assigned
• Maintain safety and shrink controls; adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact with customers and colleagues professionally; uphold the company culture
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
