Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team member to help customers shop, process purchases, and support in-store operations at our Newnan, GA location. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store clean, organized, and in stock.

You’ll also promote the Rewards program, assist with framing services, and participate in omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS. This role emphasizes friendly service, quick checkouts, and teamwork in a climate-controlled retail environment with varying shifts,

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Help with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Engage customers with the Rewards program and private label cards; enrollments included.
• Support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Maintain store recovery, inventory, and in-stock conditions.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
