Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Acworth, GA is seeking a Store Team Member to help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide friendly checkout service.

You will assist with stocking, planograms, returns, and in-store recovery, while supporting the Rewards program enrollments and omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. This role requires standing, lifting, and working nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Help customers search for products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with standard cash handling.
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in stocking and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store merchandise and stock; complete returns/go-back procedures.
