Job summary

Michaels Stores in Smyrna, GA is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. Team members will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are comfortable standing/walking throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for long periods.
• Ability to follow SOPs and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and collect feedback.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and general store recovery to keep shelves in stock.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
