Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Parkersburg, WV is seeking a Part Time Seasonal Team Member to help customers, stock merchandise, and operate checkout efficiently. You will unload trucks, maintain planograms, and assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly checkout and assist customers.
• Help customers locate products and offer solutions.
• Manage stock, restock, and maintain planograms, including truck unloading.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollment and VOC surveys.
• Support store safety and shrink programs.
