The Michaels Companies in Kennewick is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers, operate the checkout, and support store operations. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and keeping the floor well merchandised.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and be at least 16 years old. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and early mornings as needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with finding products and answering questions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash accurately.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms and recovery standards.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; follow SOPs and policies.
• Cross-train in custom framing selling and production as needed.
