Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find products.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery; maintain planograms.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollment; participate in VOC surveys.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store safety programs; follow SOPs.
