Job summary

Michaels Rockaway Township is seeking a part-time Seasonal Framing Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with framing products, and ensure fast checkout during busy periods.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, participate in frame shop activities, and help with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes. Must be at least 16 years old with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
