Michaels is seeking team members for our Milwaukee area store to deliver friendly customer service, process transactions accurately, and help customers find products. You will engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards while supporting in-store pickup and shipping from store processes.

The role involves stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a well-stocked, in-stock store. Candidates should have retail or customer service experience; the role requires standing for

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and collect feedback.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise presentation; return/go back process.
• Support shrink and safety programs; comply with SOPs and company policies.
• Interact with customers and teammates in a positive, respectful manner.
