Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining planograms, merchandising, and store recovery, plus supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes as part of the job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Complete checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Participate in store recovery and merchandise maintenance to ensure in-stock presentation.
• Engage customers on store programs and omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
