Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for our Greenwood store to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store while following company policies and safety guidelines.

As part of the team, you’ll engage customers with the Rewards program, enroll Private Label Credit Cards, and participate in store recovery and omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers with Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store and handle merchandise returns/go-backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
