Job summary

Michaels in Laconia, NH is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will perform truck unloading, stocking, and maintain in‑stock, well‑merchandised aisles.

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, rewards enrollment, and following SOPs while promoting a positive store image. Physical duties include standing, lifting, and occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Stock, merchandising, and planogram compliance; merchandise recovery.
• Support safety programs and SOP adherence.
• Maintain positive, respectful interactions and be a role model.
