Michaels in Laconia, NH is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers locate products, provide solutions, and deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery, while supporting the Rewards program, BOPIS, and Ship From Store processes.

The role requires retail or customer service experience, the ability to stand for long periods, and good teamwork in a climate-controlled store.

Qualificações

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support store recovery, merchandise returns, and in-stock conditions.
