Job summary

The Michaels Companies Beaumont store is seeking a Seasonal PT Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a well-stocked, organized store. You will participate in truck unloading, merchandising duties, and store recovery to support our brand promises.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, processing transactions, and engaging shoppers with rewards programs while supporting omni-channel options like Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and maintain store standards.
• Ability to operate cash register and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.
• Maintain store recovery standards and promo plans.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
