Job summary

Michaels PORT-GRESHAM, OR is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and provide quick, accurate checkout experiences.

You will assist with stocking, merchandise recovery, and store recovery to keep aisles neat and in-stock. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, with a positive attitude and willingness to comply with store policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Public retail store setting requires standing, lifting and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and voice of customer surveys.
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and store recovery duties.
