Job summary

Michaels Boise, ID store is hiring for a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure quick checkout experiences. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining planograms, and supporting all standard operating procedures to keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock.

You will engage customers, enroll them in Rewards programs, and assist with omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS. Applicants in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years or older in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
