Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking interim team members for our Omaha Central store to assist customers, handle checkouts, and ensure shelves are stocked and in stock. You will engage shoppers with rewards and credit programs and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

The role requires retail/customer service experience and the ability to stand for long periods, with a potential for evening/weekend shifts. Benefits and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift heavy items.
• Enrolling customers in rewards and credit programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers on Rewards program enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain shelves.
