Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our Cheyenne, WY store for a Store Team member. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role includes accepting cash, enrolling customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. You will also assist with stocking and merchandising to keep the store well organized.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store appearance, stock, and planograms; participate in truck unloading.
