Job summary

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, maintain planograms, enroll customers in rewards programs, and support omnichannel services such as Buy Online Pickup in Store. Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments; educate on VOC survey.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and go-back process.
