Job summary

You will participate in stock, merchandising, and store recovery, while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. The role requires standing for long periods and may involve nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Public retail store setting with climate controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Handle checkout with cash handling accuracy and speed.
• Maintain store recovery, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Support Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, merchandising, and in-stock optimization.
• Adhere to SOPs, company policies, and safety programs.
